Return & Cancellation & Exchange
We do not accept returns unless the product you purchased from Burkinistar is deformed. Orders that are not delivered to the cargo branch may be cancelled. Orders delivered to the cargo branch cannot be canceled since the cargo payment has been made.
If an exchange is requested, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Returns are accepted provided that the shipping fee is paid by the customer. If the package without payment is sent to the seller, the package will not be accepted and will be sent for destruction.
